Gripping Wrenches is awesome….if you want an honest reliable mechanic this is your place. My 2021 Silverado has two batteries and one of them died so I replaced it and then it died a couple of weeks later. The person at the autoparts store said something was draining the battery. I assumed it was an alternator. I spoke to him on the phone and he recommended before I bring it in to have the secondary battery tested and explained to me how to properly test it. Lo and behold the second battery was dead.and I replaced it. They could have charged me a diagnostic fee and who knows what else but rather than make me waste time or money he helped me some good FREE advice. Outstanding service on such short notice. He changed the starter and battery on my Cadillac STS on Christmas Eve. The starter is definitely located in a jacked-up spot.
